In Exchange 2010 RTM the Managed Folder Assistant operated on a schedule, however in Exchange 2010 SP1 this was changed to a "workcycles" approach instead, where the assistant runs and stops The new folder appears in Outlook 2010 and I can use my retention policies fine on individual mail items but not folders (they don't show up)?
