But I have looked at all defined global and non-global hotkeys and I cannot find anything.So, did you ever have this happen? Time to try a few things. E.g. Refresh F5 no longer (never did) work. have a peek here

Why one would want to toggle the F(n) keys off is a mystery to me, but one learns to live with what is currently available.

Enable/Disable Fn Key options on BIOS does not actually turning Fn Key On/Off but rather change the 'depressed state' flags.
