I love the effect and the slick image goodness. I'd say if you can't charge the $39 to your web design client, seriously don't use it! Arg.

I'd prefer a white border around the image to offset it further, but that's not a major thing. It's buggy in many browsers and requires a lot of rework of existing markup (wires events to all anchor tags that contain an image if you don't specify rel="nozoom").
