Is there an incompatibility between 800 and 400?? I've been using it for 2 months now with no problems until now. I eventually got a reply from the Simpletech support via email and have now sent it back for replacement. The advice given above does not work as it is not available in the DISK MANAGEMENT list. Login now. I also tried it on a second laptop in my home and that laptop didn't recognize it either.
