2003 Ford Explorer Turn Signal Flasher Location
Problem: turn signal and rear brake lights do NOT work. When a bulb blows, the current flow in that side of the circuit will be reduced. Now, when you hit the signal stalk or the hazards, do the lights come on at all, or do you get absolutely nothing? Finally, you will need some dielectric grease and electrical parts cleaner to refurbish the MFS.

Since you just replaced the turn flasher that rules it out as a suspect. I have moved the steering wheel up and down and wiggled it all which way and nothing has changed.

the auxilary relay box 2 in the 2nd picture is the relay location biggest relay in box . Aerostar parts work in Explorers, Rangers, and Bronco II thread. Because the lamps flash correctly when the hazard switch is activated the wiring to them and their grounds are likely fine as you said.
