If anyone have any luck with it will you let me know what was your approach to the problem. I have the same problem on my 2001 Exp. I bought second hand subwoofer, I installed without problems.

About 4 months after that my wife had just cranked the Exp and ran back inside to grab something and when she came out it had shut off on its own.
