In this case, the calendar accepts all recurring meeting requests. If so, this seems crazy to me. Resource Booking Attendant Having human intervention is obviously fine if you have delegates that are willing and able to perform all of the required work associated with resource mailboxes. Can anyone shed any light on the matter?

Generally speaking, 25% is a good conflict percentage. As /u/Goatftw said here. We'd like to be able to support reoccurring meeting conflicts. Why wouldn't the functionality be the same as the AutoAccept agent on Exchange 2003. Comments are closed. You can control the policy for conflicting meeting requests via the Maximum conflict instances and Conflict percentage allowed options.
